Unauthorized or Late/Early Open/Close:
Procedure varies according to customer requirements. Typical response includes notifying an authorized contact.

Trouble:
Procedure varies according to customer requirements. Typical response includes notifying someone on the contact list.  The dealer can also be notified.

Flexibility is our number one strength.  Special procedures for customers with unique monitoring requirements will be addressed on an individual basis.

Note:
Central Security operators let the phone ring six times before moving on to the next phone number. 

If an answering machine or voicemail picks up, our operators always leave a message with a request to call us back.
